The New BMW iX3
1 Presentation:
The iX3 is a 100% electric premium sport utility vehicle (SUV) produced in China and marketed by the German manufacturer BMW from 2020.
BMW iX3 is a German compact luxury crossover SUV.
The BMW iX3 is a BMW SUV model introduced in January 2021. It is a 100% electric BMW model. This car, produced as BMW iX3 2021 electric SUV model, is in the same classification as electric SUV models from other companies. Sales in all countries began in January 2021. It was designed as the first mid-size premium SUV in the market. It was produced as a competitor to models such as Mercedes-Benz Audi e-tron, Mercedes EQC, Jaguar I Pace. It is a BMW model in the same class as the TOGG.
The BMW iX3 is powered by the fifth generation of BMW's eDrive technology. [The iX3 has an 80 kWh battery, of which 74 kWh is available. The iX3 is equipped with a Type 2 charging connector for 11 kW AC fast charging and a CCS (Combined Charging System) for 150 kW DC fast charging. According to the WLTP standard, the battery pack offers a range of 460 km. The electric motor has a power of 286 hp and a torque of 400 Nm.
2 Vehicle Consumption:
BMW iX3: combined fuel consumption in the NEDC test cycle: 0.0 l/100 km; combined electrical energy consumption: 17.8 - 17.5 kWh/100 km; combined CO2 emissions: 0 g/km; fuel consumption in the WLTP test cycle: 0.0 l/100 km; combined electrical energy consumption: 19.5 - 18.5 kWh/100 km; combined CO2 emissions: 0 g/km.
3 CO2 Emissions:
The values for fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and energy consumption given were determined in accordance with European Regulation (EC) 715/2007 in the version applicable at the time of type approval. The figures refer to a vehicle with the basic configuration in Germany and the range indicated takes into account optional equipment and the different wheel and tire sizes available on the selected model. The vehicle values are already based on the new WLTP regulations and are re-translated into NEDC-equivalent values to ensure comparability between vehicles. (For these vehicles, for vehicle-related taxes or other duties based (at least among others) on CO2 emissions, the CO2 values may differ from the values shown here). The CO2 efficiency specifications are determined in accordance with Directive 1999/94/EC and the EU regulation in its current applicable version. The values shown are based on fuel consumption, CO2 values and energy consumption according to the NEDC cycle for classification.
